goto top of page your subsciptioniOsphere access plans are based on monthly, quarterly or annual subscriptions against which your usage is debited. Usage charges are a combination of connection time, download and upload traffic. There are no hidden or penalty charges for exceeding your pre-paid subscription. Your need renew your subscription only when either the pre-paid period expires or when your usage charge exceeds your pre-paid fee by more than $50. itemised usage recordsYou can view your current usage charges by going to our members area at http://members.iosphere.net.au/. You will need to enter your username and password to access the members area. You can check your usage on-line 24 hours a day from our "members area" to see how much of your subscription you have used. | connect time | The charge per hour you are actually connected to our dialup -in facilities. Not all tariffs have a charge for connect time. Those that do will not disconnect you so it's important to disconnect when you have finished a session. Those that don't may disconnect you after a period of time. |
| data |
The charge per MB of data you transfer to or from our facilities. This includes all web browsing, email, ftp etc. Some tariffs separate this into download and upload data. |
| data download | The charge per MB of data you download or read. |
| data upload | The charge per MB of data you upload or send. |
| excess data | The charge per MB of data you transfer in excess of the included data amount. |
| included data | The amount of data included in the periodic charge. |
| minimum session charge | The mimimum charge applied to any single dialup session. This charge only applies to tariffs which have a connect time charge. |
| other conditions | Whether the tariff has additional conditions of use. All tariff share the same basic conditions of use. |
| session limit | The maximum time you may stay connected in a single session. Some tariffs have no session limit, that is you may stay connected as long as you like. |
| idle limit | The maximum time you may stay connected without transferring any data. Some tariffs have no idle limit, that is you may stay connected as long as you like without transfering any data. |
| invoice | Whether you receive invoices for payment. If a tariff has invoices, the invoice must be paid by the due date. Tariffs that don't have invoices are only available for automatic payment by credit card. |
